You Can Have This Back
Apparently, Cecilia has taken on a new activity while eating. Usually when she eats, and gets fed up with the meal, she starts to throw the food, or whatever it may be, on the ground. She has a pretty decent arm on her, but generally throws downward, as opposed to at the adult supervisor. With this in mind, however, she has now somewhat taken to handing the unwanted item back.
She'll take whatever it is, look at it briefly, and hand it back. She'll either do that, or try to put the food back into a container. If she's eating noodles, for example, she'll put the noodles that are on her tray back into the bowl on her tray. I'm hoping that by writing this I don't jynx (sp?) it, but whatever. It's still better than the carpet.
