I organize my candy before I eat it. I'm not sure exactly why I do it, but I do. Maria would probably claim that it's my OCD showing through once again. I would contend that it gives me an activity to do while I do another activity - the super multi-tasker showing through again.

Nestled up in the corner, hanging out on a stone pillar, with nice, hard, ricochet-friendly, Stucco on two other sides of him, a pesky, hole-in-house-pecking woodpecker had no idea that 'ol dead-eye Pedro was about to end its life with a copper BB. Originally, I approached from the south, and with the trusty Red Ryder BB Gun at the ready, I rounded the northern corner. Approaching aforementioned woodpecker with my weapon at the ready, I took aim, and shot. A flurry of activity on behalf of the bird told me that the speedy projectile had met its mark. Little did I know the purpose of that flurry.
Don't people understand how TV should be watched? Recorded, and watched at your convenience. That's the simple answer to this. Just because a show comes on at 7 shouldn't mean that you have to reorder your life to watch it at 7, or even 8. I shouldn't even have to watch it that day. I might choose to watch it the next day when I have a free moment at 3 in the afternoon. So, for all those people who's schedules are dictated by the TV line-up, do the rest of us a favor - don't talk about TV.
Read more...I recently attended a basketball game with my favorite sports team, the San Antonio Spurs. My favorite player is Manu Ginobili. We went to the game early so that we could get some autographs. Of all the players that signed autographs, Manu was clearly the most sought-after, as well as the most accomodating.
