I enjoy math, physics, logic, and things of that nature. I doubt that is any surprise. Frequently I hear people say that, with respect to effort or an amount of work, that they're going to give it 110%. Not only is such an activity unlikely, but impossible. P.S. They're stupid (and lazy).

2005.07.26 The Tour de France

I'm not athletic. I have to do something to keep up my pear-shaped figure. Despite these things, I LOVE to watch the Tour de France. I watch it each day I can. I record each of the legs, and analyze things for myself. I truly enjoy it. I am, in no way, very well versed on cycling in general. I have not watched any other race besides the Tour de France (maybe just for 5-10 minutes, but nothing like the Tour). So, throwing caution to the wind that somebody who knows lots more about cycling than I do will read this review, please allow me to elaborate on why I really enjoy the sport and admire a certain man named Lance Armstrong.

2005.07.26 Invented Names

I'm not sure why people make up names. They invent them, as if there were a shortage of names. They put letters together in some fashion, and call it a name. Nobody has ever heard it before, but apparently the parents seem stuck on the name, not realizing the pain in the butt that name will be to the child later in life.

2005.07.20 Intra-Office Email

Emails get sent out all the time which announce a variety of things. A new deal with ________ a company-wide notice about ________ and organizational announcement about somebody who got ________ new position. It could really be anything. What never ceases to amaze me is just how stupid some people are when it comes to such wide-spread emails.

2005.07.20 Bad Birthday Presents

Some birthday presents suck. For the most part there are two types of people who give these type of gifts - the bad gift giver & the good gift-giver who is taking a trip down good intentions lane (but stumbles down bad delivery lane). Let's investigate this one a bit.
