I love the concept of utilizing a 3D printer for other purposes. I haven't implemented this myself, but the directions all seems really straight-forward if you're already into the hobby (and happy to have the same printer). #
I'm not very interested in the math aspect of this, but the models seem like they'd be cool to have printed. Maybe having the models would help me care more about the actual math of it all. Who knows. #
Late last year I got into 3D printing. For Christmas for my kids, I made a few of these, and then hid gifts inside. It was fantastic. I didn't want to post it on here, since who knows how tech-savvy kids are these days, and I didn't want to spoil the surprise. I've printed a variety of these, in different sizes, complexity, and with different options. They're great. #
